the answer to your question is, YES.
the girl should ask and the boy should ask..equality means more opportunity for hooking up for all people..
don't worry about the formalities or use it as an excuse, just go for what you want as long as you are open and honest, and not afraid to ask more than once..two times is a safe limit before you move on...

It's the 21st century and we no longer live in the age where it's the guy's job to ask out the girl and it's the girl's job to sit around and wait. I say if you like the guy then ask him, some guys are turned on by that.

Both....a girl should ask a guy out if she likes him and a boy should ask a girl out if he likes her. In other words, if you are asking whether or not you should be asking a guy out, the answer is yes, you should.

I think it can be both ways. Girls think that guys are supposed to ask them out all the time, but sometimes it's good to switch it up and ask them out. Guys are flattered by that. I think you should give it a try.

a guy ask a girl because if a girl ask a boy he will thank that this girl is very crazy about about boys this is my opinion.

If you like someone, and they don't know it, it is YOUR job to say "wanna go out?".
If you sit and wait for a guy to ask you out, because of some outdated sense of "ladies decorum" then you only have yourself to blame if he ends up asking someone ELSE out.
Don't play games, be honest.
