Heres the thing, i want to loose about a good 20 pounds for the second week in august. I'm going on vacation and i want to look great, including my abs! But before you get abs you need to loose the belly fat! Does anyone know a good workout tape that i could do at my house and loose the unwanted belly fat? I would extremely appreciate it! thanks!

Tony Little's work out tapes are great they are low impact and the results are great. I lost 50 lbs doing his workout tapes along with Richard Simmons deal a meal. But any workout that focuses on the core muscles as long as you are doing them three a week with cardio on the other days you will see results. Walking is an excellent way to lose weight but you have to eat healthy also for maximum results.

I have included a food pyramid guide and make sure you pay attention to portion size most Americans eat way too much.

there are loads of workout tapes/dvds out there. the best one is the one you'll do every day. I prefer an old Richard Simmons tape called Disco Sweat. it gives me a good workout and is easy to learn. go to the library and see if they have any you can check out. then you don't have to spend any money and still get the benefits. if you don't like the workout, take it back and try another.

you at the instant are not doing something incorrect, so that's very strange certainly. i bypass days with out ingesting something yet salads and that i lose like 7lbs in 2 weeks. attempt leap roping too, and swimming. you burn alot of energy via swimming. it is less demanding to drop pounds once you have breakfast common( oatmeal with out sugar and milk) walk alot. strolling makes you have skinny legs. like park your automobile once you bypass the mall or food market and stuff way far from the front and walk. be inventive. and don't get so certainly discouraged. i'm a style so i be attentive to a thank you to drop pounds, notwithstanding if considering the fact that i style, it is no longer continuously the healthiest way.
