Calm down, the duckling won't need food or water for possibly 24 hours since you say it just hatched it's still has the egg's yolk in it,(which is what it lived off of while in the egg). Chances are by sometime tomorrow he or she will be ready to eat something. Just give the duckling fresh water and a few UNSALTED sunflower seeds.

You why want to call your local pet stores and see if they carry the bird seed used for ducklings and chicks.

chances are a pet store might have what your looking for. Either that or try looking to see if there's a feed store where you live, usually feed stores sell farm and poultry supplies.

Here's a site that can probably help you:

Beth is right here, give them chick starter crumbs mixed with water to a consistency of porridge they love the stuff. If you give dry feed to them they will need lots of water to wash it down, so best to mix it up. Also when they're a bit bigger add wheat to this feed to make them big a strong. Ducks like to drink LOTS OF WATER so keep it close to the feed, because you'll notice they go back and forth from feed to water and make a big mess.
When they are fairly grown they can have table scraps like veggies and meat they make great garbage disposal units. Enjoy your birds and give them names too.
P.S. If you have no chick crumbs yet, yes give them oatmeal or bread soaked in water but make sure it's cold hot food is not good for birds. Ducks and Chickens like the same kind of foods!!

Call a pet store, a veterinarian, or a feed store [ farm supplies ]. They should be able to tell you where to get duck food. Believe it or not, Purina makes duck chow!
DON'T feed them stuff 'from the cupboards'. They are babies, and babies always require a specific diet.
[ except maybe a baby T rex - he would just eat whoever was dumb enough to stand there. ]
