Accident? I suspect this is meant to be a joke.
The Eagle will get you jail time. The taxidermist WILL report it. The Flaming is a non native bird, I don't think there is a problem with that.

I don 't know about flamingoes, but you have to have special permission to even own an eagle feather, let alone stuff and mount an eagle.

But I'd like to be there when you try to explain to the police how you "accidentally" shot one. I need a good laugh.

Okay, how could you accidentally shoot an eagle or a flamingo? They're both huge birds, that are very distinct looking, and are protected. No definantly not. You would get into trouble if anyone knew.

First of all by posting a question of this nature goes to show the lack of mentality and responsibility you have towards firearms. Pack-up your rifles, guns, ammunition, your brain if you can find it, take them to the local crusher and chuck them in. I hope someone turns you in to the authorities before you mistake your foot for your neighbour. Don't be surprised if you get a knock on your door very soon.

Great way to end up in jail along with a huge fine. No, it's not aok. If you get caught you'll regret it. Stay away from these birds, they are protected by law.
