If you use animals in your business or if you have a guide dog, yes. Otherwise no.

I wish! We put out more on our pets than on us...we ask our accountant every year and every year, she says not yet...hoping someday the governtment will come to see the importance of "fur children" in our lives for our mental health, but I am not holding my breath...
