You answered your own question...non-believers. The real question is why r non-believers so hateful with their answers? When everyone has a right to view their spirituality however they see fit. It is claimed that Christians r hateful but as I read Q&A's I don't see that as the whole truth. "Theres nothing new under the sun". It will always be as it is until one day we all learn the truth. If Christians r wrong what have they lost, in the end? If non-believers r wrong what have they lost, in the end? Now thats something to think about!!!

The answer is simple. Everyone believes in something. Each person holds particular beliefs. It is the Christian who believes that those who do not adhere to his or her religion is a non-believer. When I chose the path to enlightenment, I didn't give up belief or lose my faith. In fact I embraced it more completely and left the bounds and limits of religion behind. Setting a rule that you have to believe certain things or ways in order to be a believer is a fallacy.

Dear LayneP,
Non-believers do not always answer questions asked by believers with comments like that.
I am an non-believer, and I am answering a question from you (I am assuming you are a believer) without such comments.
Regards,
CC

hey it's a free country, if you want true religious answers this really isn't the place for that. religion doesn't really jive with some of the other things discussed on this site, like teen pregnancy or abortion, so you're going to get a different kind of person answering your questions, most likely not a preacher or pastor or something.

Because that's what we truly believe. We know that there are people out there who have never considered that answer before and it's important that they realize that not everyone lives in fear of a mythological posthumous judgment.

Cause that is their belief. It's just like when "believers" answer a question that others ask with you're going to hell.
Funny how people like having their way but don't like to have it done to them.

Because we are trying to enlighten the questioner that they don't have to fear about an afterlife because there is none.
