I'm talking about in general, like what kind of place. Do I need some kind of things around the landsite to build it? What should be there?

Besides the requirement for cooling water, which has already been mentioned, you definitely don't want to put your plant over an earthquake fault and you don't want to put it too near heavily populated areas. Putting it on soil that is not prone to settle unevenly is also important.

nuclear power plant , heavy water cooling system , enrichment plants , uranium source , its actually a small city that u cant build by yourself but require a country to do that and a rich one too , it should be away from cities and has a water source close to it , no earthquakes so contamination does not affect populated areas

In general you need a lot of cooling water. Its best to be near a river or the sea otherwise you will need big cooling towers.

In the USA, all facilities are regulated by the NRC. They probably have general guidelines concerning acceptable locations and service requirements.

You need water. It also needs to be near the power use so you don't loose all the electricity in delivery.
