...personally i eat whatever, and i really don't gain weight. Hey what are some good food that you can eat, to like gain weight! I go to MD a lot, ice cream, bread...and it still wont let me gain that much weight.

WOW nice metabolism. I don't really gain weight, but I eat generally right.

I've been trying to GAIN weight, so I not only eat whatever I want, I often choose the foods that are the highest in calories.

Ice cream is my friend.

Gaining weight is a misconception....plenty of people are thin, or don't weigh a bunch who are VERY unhealthy!

Vitamins, fiber, nutrients are vital for immune, vitality and longevity.

Just because the extra weight is not there is not a formula for good health.

What happens is fat gets stored, and muscle is eaten......>>not good!

I watch what I eat constantly. If you want to gain weight eat some donuts, cheeseburgers, fries, candy, drink lots of alcohol... etc.

you are just lucky to have fast metabolism (men in general have faster metabolism than women)
to gain you should up your protein intake, you can make protein shake and drink it with breakfast and after working out.
i always watch what i eat and I'm so used to it that my body rejects junk (i get bad stomachaches after eating oily foods - even if there is just a little oil)

no not me, have to watch what i eat i'm 54 years old and have lost weight...sunday is my day of from what i have to eat to what i want to eat.... here are two sites that has worked for me for the last 8 weks and have 4 more to go...

Yeah I watch my diet pretty closely. I work out 6 days a week, so I am consumed with what I eat, and also my work outs.

u might consider wacthing wat u get even though u have a fast metabolism but it really matters whetherthe food is healthy.
