Well, curlers work best, but if you don't have them, do this: after you take a shower, let your hair dry about 1/3-1/2 of the way, run mousse through it, wrap a thinstrip of hair around your finger (to form a circle), and pin it up with two bobby pins. Do this until your hair is all the way up, and spray it with hairspray. Then dry it either by air or blow dryer, spray it with hair spray once more, and let it down. You can scrunch up your hair a few times, to give it more bounce. They won't be perfect ringlets, but they will have more curl definition than before.

You could us a curling iron. But if you mean making your hair curly without heat... You can use rags. Cut an old shirt or towel up in 2x12 inch scraps. Roll your hair from tip to root in each piece and tie at the top when your done. Your hair has to be wet to begin with. Sleep on them like that, and remove them the next day. Your hair is curly and looks great. Good luck

Of Course. you can scrunch it during the air dry period or you can do pin curls when it's wet and let it dry. Or even rag curls.
when you scrunch, use hair spray to help the hold, just a little every time you scrunch. Pin or Rags: take a small section of your hair and twine it up into a small circle near to your head and then pin it to your head or tie a small rag through and around it. Let hair dry and release. Hair spray helps a lot.

you can use a curling iron.
or if you have naturally wavy hair, you can scrunch curl gel or mousse into your wet hair and let it air dry...

or you can braid your hair at night when it's still wet then undo it in the morning for a wavy look.

Get some curling gel and apply it to wet hair and blow dry and twist peices around your finger and continue to blowdry until it's dry.

You can. After washing your hair and towel dried it. Divide it in section and roll it with rollers, let it air dry. Once dried, unroll and style.
