Custdy/Adopt Question?

I got a call last year at this time and talked to my cousins and they told me they where been touched and that they had “sex” at this time there only ages 8 & 9. So I went to get them for the “summer” and took them to the hospital. They where molested…front and back… They said that there step dad and his brother did it to them. Come to find out a few hours later that they told there mom, grandma, dad & aunt back in Nov. 05. They did not do anything from this happening again… CPS got involved course and they let me keep them because I am family. I had them 9 months without any kind of government help. CPS sent them to a real foster home and now they live with a black lady and there are only 4 white kids @ that school…them benign 2 of them. Cps is not letting me talk to them and they said I am a foster parent and nothing else…but I am family and I am the only one who help them kids… They are trying to give them back to there mom who is still seeing the guy who did this…

or they are trying to give them to there dad who is a know sex offender… What can I do to protect these girls… Can I get custody of them??? If so how can I do that with little money? Please Help I miss them kids!!!!

Talk to CPS again about your intentions to keep the kids and also about your concerns in relation to this children. If they don't do anything write letters to the press. Every single television station in your metro area. Talk to the mayor of the city that you live in and inform them that CPS is not doing the job is suppose to do. Write letters(Certified) and e-mails so you have proof of your concerns. Usually this agency don't care. They are usually following orders and complying with statutes. Do anything and everything in your power to save those kids, Please!!
