he called my sister and told her to tell me he couldnt make it cuz he has to work and could'nt find anyone to cover for him.. he has had 3 weeks to find someone to cover for him. he had 2 chances to go , one to the graduation on wed. and the other on fri. to the graduation party...

does he go to any other his grandchildren functions, is he the kind of man that just doesn't go to thinks like that, if it really bothers you than you need to talk to him about it in a calm manner and tell him that it has really hurt his grandson

You need to have a talk with him. Maybe it's just a misunderstanding. Clarify things with him and let him know that you really want him to be there.

because he is too lazy and sorry I cannot believe the audacity of some ppl . I m sorry this happened he will one day regret it . good luck and congrats on graduating.
