As others have said, Aloe Vera is the best thing for burns, particularly if you can get it straight from the plant. Vitamin E is also good for burns. Get the gel supplements and squeeze the liquid out of them to rub on your back. If you get a manufactured cream or lotion, there are sometimes additives that will further irritate a burn.
If it blisters, go see your doc as you will be at more risk for infection. The blisters will need to be treated or they will stick to your clothes/bed/chair and will burst open and be very raw and painful.
As for oral pain reliever, ibuprofen will be better than Tylenol because it is also an anti-inflammatory that will help reduce swelling caused by the burn. Motrin, Advil, or even a store brand ibuprofen work well.

Soak a washcloth in vinegar n pat on skin thoroughly 2 relieve the sting. This helps take the heat out. After ... use aloe vera gel - keep reapplying. If ur at home or b4 bed pack it on 2 avoid peeling.
U can use tylenol 4 the pain n benedryl (an anti inflammatory 4 swelling). If u have any blisters vaseline is best. It helps naturally let the blister drain.
Good luck!

Go to walmart or a drugstore and look in the first aid area for solarcaine or Banana Boat Sooth-A-Caine, Aloe Vera with Lidocaine Spray Gel. Spray it on and it kills the sting. I like the Banana Boat because its also aloe vera.

Not for the sting but the healing use aloe vera, natural from the garden if you have any. Put it on often enough (2-3 timea a day) and you will heal much faster.

If you can find aloe vera based lotions, get them and slap them on. They are the most cooling thing you can find to sooth your irritated skin.
Make sure you drink enough too and stay out of the sun next time.
