This sounds like a condominium complex that has a lot of amenities!! I would say that if you're getting all of these things for a good price, then by all means, you should absolutely go for it. It sounds to me like a nice "set-up" with some upscale features for the home with some nice recreational facilities. If the price is right and the location is good, then this sounds terrific!!! (Amenities are the same thing as features.......just another word for it. Most people, when selling a property will list the features (amenities) that will attract a buyer.....they're really the same thing, just a different word) Anyway, GOOD LUCK!!

Amenities: things that you have shared access to and are sometimes unique, like the tennis courts, the fitness room, the pools & spas, bbq/picnic areas, shopping access.

The other stuff, which are exclusive use, are "features" of the tenant's quarters, like the spacious floor plan, a/c, private balconies, flooring, dishwasher, etc.
