The first and best way to burn fat is to modify your current diet. There are three simple ways
you can begin to modify: reduce calories, reduce sodium, and reduce fat. For example, by substituting a glass of
water for a carbonated beverage, you can cut approximately 150 calories or more, depending on how much is consumed.
Even if it were fruit juice instead of water, you would still reduce calories by approximately 50 - 100..
what causes these unwanted gains in weight and bodyfat? There are three possible reasons this can happen:
(1) Eat late at night (2) Exceed your normal caloric intake (3) Lack of exercise or physical activity.
best way to speed up the metabolism is by increasing meal frequency. Instead of eating 2 - 3
meals per day, try eating 4 - 5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snack meals.

You must have some freaky genetics at 14, you might have better genetics than me. I've not seen to many workouts that intense, try not to overtrain....if this is the plan you are wanting to take I would say this, you are gonna be burning a lot of calories with that workout and if most of your weight is muscle you won't want to burn to much or you'll get in a catabolic state with that diet. Keep your protein high, and for a workout that long you'll need to take in alot of simple sugar before you put yourself through all that. About 30 minutes before you put yourself through that gauntlet of hell take in about 30 grams of dextrose or glucose and about 30 to 40 grams of fructose. Get your fructose from apple sauce and good luck finding the glucose.

too much eggs - never eat more than 5 eggs a week (that is yolks - egg whites you can have as much as you want).
diet looks good except i would suggest more complex carbs for breakfast and more protein for dinner.
to lose weight you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min), swimming non stop is cardio also - never go over 60min - you will do more bad than good for your body and slow down results. do light weight training first and then cardio. never spend in the gym more than 2 hours. ever.

Here are some things you should change about the menu in my poinion-

1.Cut down on the eggs. They contain alot of calories.

2.Cheese sandwhich- thats carbs+fat+calories= unhealthy.

Otherwise, it looks pretty good.

Good luck!
