Before you answer i dont care if im 11, it would be healthier (my doctor even said so) so i just want answers!

Ok i am 11, and 4'11'', what weight shold i be if i want to be pietete? Not stickly, and not chubby? I want to lose just a tiny bit of weight because i am 107, and i know im not exactly fat, or skinny i just have a little fat around my hips, stomache, and upper thigh, but i have a LOT of muccle in my legs, so how can i lose the weight too. Thank you or i would like a real small waist with muccle and some muccle in my legs (with out the little fat) like a dancer (not long and lean short and muscular legs) thank you again!!!

Just eat healthy...lots of veggies. Drink lots of water, and walk/jog for like 30-45 minutes a day. Stay active!

Remember that muscle weighs three times more then fat. My suggestion to you is just to excersise and cut out the sugary food.
On average you should be 100 pounds at 5 foot
Then 5 pounds for every inch after 5 foot.

hi I'm 13 so one thing i have kinda learned is that if you want to loose weight then you have to eat healthy! so i cant do that just because my mom does not but to much food and its frozen food and not that healthy so yeah um my friends say that palaties is good just trying to stay in shape so that and just get into like soccer or swimming and stay active and swimming is like the best sport because it works ALL of your body and so hope this helps!

it's spelled "petite" and don't worry about what you weigh now. you still have a lot of growing and changes to your body to go through. just eat healthy and get exercise every day.

BY the fall you are probably going to be about 5'4", so I wouldn't worry about it right now.
