No....that's backwards. it is not "until all Jews return to Israel" that the prophecy will be fulfilled. The belief amongst the Orthodox Jews in Israel is that once the Messiah has come, THEN and only then will there be the in-gathering from all the nations of the world. The Messiah must come first...he will be the one to gather his people. So....you can have all of the airlifts that you want to get all Jews back to Israel...sponsor all you want to help them, but the Messiah MUST come first.
