yes, ephedra is the magic diet pill, it will work whether you drink juice or not.

you cant fast - period!!!
fasting/deprivation/starvation leads to many health problems including diabetes and strokes.
imagine how would you feel wright now if a doctor told you that you have developed diabetes because you havent been eating.

that would be a bit much, and may make you sick. i would do them on separate occasions.
