Sounds like you might not have the time and effort necessary to devote for turning the situation around. Please don't dump them randomly at the pound or go "free-to-good-home" as there are a lot of nuts out there.

In April I got my period a day or two late. It was very light. It only lasted one day and then stopped. I thought nothing of it. Because my husband and I have been trying for over a year now. So we just thought we didnt work. lol This Month, I was late about a week. I still thought nothing of it. But asked my sister in law for the extra pregnancy test she had. I waited till the next morning. Which felt like years of waiting. And took the test as soon as I woke up. I waited 5 minutes. I got a dark line and a very faint line. I came here to see what that meant since i didnt have directions. It said pregnant! I went to the doctor to see if this was true. And we are 9 weeks along now. I have very sore breasts, nausea, BAD Fatigue, And my husband has to drive because I forget where Im at and zone out. Even if your on the pill no matter for how little or how long. You really could be pregnant, I suggest you go to a different doctor who will test you sooner.

You need to spend more time with your animals. I know you probably do spend time with them but the reason they destroy your house and yard is because your not draining their energy level effectively, thus they burn off the extra energy by tearing things up. I would recommend that you walk your dogs for at least 30-45 min. before you leave in the daytime and then again when you get home. I know its a lot of work but, if you do this you will see immediate results, your dogs will be much happier and they wont tear anything up! Just remember they get board and when your board and have lots of energy you can come up with some very different ways to tear things up!

First off, schnauzers are vocal dogs. It is part of the breed, they will bark. Sorry!

Also, it sounds like your dogs are bored. Do you exercise them? It sounds like they are just left out in the yard to do their own thing, especially if they are barking long enough for your neighbors to get annoyed.

Start walking your dogs for at least 1/2 hour each day, or find another way to burn off their energy. They need both mental and physical stimulation or else they will find something to do for themselves, and in this case it is destroying your yard.

Please consider correcting your dogs' behavior before just "getting rid" of them. However if you insist on it, contact a local schnauzer rescue group who will help you find an appropriate home for them.

Find a wonderful trainer like Cesar Milan and have him or her come to your house. This is absolutely solvable. I know you feel overwhelmed right now, but everything is going to be o.k. Just start looking around for a trainer. Your vet is a good place to start. Ask him or her for references. Go on line & ask at no-kill rescue shelters. Try the ASPCA as well. There is help readily available to you and your canine family.

Best of success to you. Just take some deep breaths to calm yourself and get started. Peace & rose bushes will be restored to you in no time.

Have you thought about training? Good training gets rid of bad behaviours and will save the dogs lives. It is really cruel to allow them to develop bad behaviours which usually have a root in your behaviour, then get mad and blame them, then send them away to an uncertain future where they may likely end up in a pound and killed just because they couldn't be adopted.

Well it doesn't seem like you care for them much, or they wouldn't be eating the house. And the fact that you said you were planning on getting rid of them a while ago just to lazy to do it. Find them good homes and then you wont have to worry about them anymore.

Keep them!! They deserve a chance. It sounds like you didn't really put alot of effort into them before and now your paying for it......you are going to have to take a class or put alot of work into them. If you do decide to get rid of them.......make sure they all together.

How about getting them spay/neutered, getting them into obedience training, getting them proper exercise and not letting them out unsupervised.
If you can't do the responsible parts of dog ownership then you should rehome them.Get in touch with a rescue.

Your dogs are bored. Give your dogs more of your time & (positive) attention. Give them some good basic training. Pets are to love and enjoy, not to be sequestered in the backyard until they become a problem and you rid yourself of them.

If you love them, keep them, but I really suggest you go to a doggy center and get behavior training lessons, and learn about how to curb the bad behavior. Also, get Caesar Milan's book. it is amazing and will really teach you how to care for your dog, and treat him the way the wild animal kingdom trained him to respond and behave.
