Sleep. While not always the source of stress, not getting enough sleep can distort the way you think, often causing you to become irritable, impatient, depressed, all of which lead to stress that really isn't necessary. Getting enough sleep can actually reduce you stress level by quite a bit and help you stay calm when real problems come around.

A combination of things. Take B-complex vitamins. Eat well, work hard, play hard, sleep well. Exercise including sports helps relieve tension. Take a look at your life and ask yourself what is the source of your stress. All of the other recommendations so far also work, it's finding out what's right for you.

bubble bath, dancing to lound music, or sports!! =]

also think of what your stressing about, like my friends at school will stress about what grade they got on a test they just took. but stressing about isn't going to raise their grade, the test is already taken, it's only going to prevent them form having the best time they possibly can!
and this isn't just with school tests either it applys to many other things.

Don't Worry Be Happy! =D

Meditation, prayer, hypnosis. All of these are the same. Peace with your self and with others will enable you to feel de-stressed. This is the only lasting way. All others are temporary.

You can't beat masturbation? Secondly I would guess that sexual encounter with another individual would do the trick except for the emotional aftermath and expectations thereof.
