The simple answer is...you DON'T. They have to be there to sign IN PERSON with their ID and have to be there during.

Yeah that's real smart. Because of your selfish behavior you may ultimately cost someone their job by lying. And you really think you are ready for a tattoo? You cant even think rationally enough to know what the answer to your own question should be. What if the tat got infected..your parents freaked and ended up suing the guy and the shop? you're an idiot and the only tattoo you should be allowed to get is a lick and stick from the gumball machines.

First of all, it probably wouldn't work because your parents generally come in the shop to sign the paperwork. Secondly, it's not a wise idea to try and get one without parental consent because under the law you are not old enough to make a big, permanent decision like that. Plus, if an artist is going to give you a tat without pc then they are probably operating without a state license and could seriously get you infected.

It depends on where you live. Some states it is up to the artist; Nebraska does not require consent. Ask other artists. I am sure you could pay another adult to pose as your parent. It is not like they will do a DNA test on you. Mind you these are not the best options. You SHOULD talk to your parents. This isn't a decision you should make alone, young, and impressionable.

Stupid question. If you're immature enough to not realize why this is a horrible idea, you don't need a tattoo yet. Wait until your legal, and do what you want. You realize that by falsifying that sort of information you put the artist at risk of losing their business? That sort of lie affects others too, not just you.

Be related to a cop. My daughters 17 year old nephew got a tattoo done after hours while his father a cop watched.
Reputable tattoo shops in Calif. won't even let you in the door without an ID card.

you don't fake parental consent. the laws are set in place for a reason and that is to protect minors from consequences of decisions that they are not equipped to make.
just wait until you are 18 years old.
