That's a 1/2lb loaf, if you can't weigh it think of it as the size of 2 baseballs, it will double in size when it rises. Don't let it "over-rise" or it will collapse when you bake it, as long as it crests the top of the pan the finish rise will take place in the oven.

Just slightly over half ull. When it rises it should just bulge above the top of the pan.
