LOVE JUST IN REAL LIVE

You can love someone over the Inet. It can actually be a more deeper love that is built on communication and not sex. But, you can not expect to love 50 people, there not enough time to really know them. It may be hard to find that person, but, when you do, you will know.
Does it lead to marriage? That may never be. But, you can have a very meaningful relationship that, to myself, is more special.
But, if people consider sex as the sole grounds of love, this may be the delusion. Look at the Divorce rate? What was the relationship built upon? AND most important; Many that divorce said at one time they loved the person, but, after the divorce they hate each other? Hmmm?

There are lots of success stories of people who have found love online. Of course, the net is just a venue just like any other - the workplace, the bookstore, church, a bar, wherever -- it's a start and if attraction is there, who's to say it's not real? However, if you want to make that attraction into something as tangible as a real life relationship, you'll have to take steps to make it real. That's the only way you'll ever know if the attraction online will be sustainable enough in real life.

I think when people talk to you on the internet and say they love you, they are probably really in love by your personality displayed, or what you say. I see this really as half love, because you have really only texted, and it also depends how long ya'll have talked. And some(or a good amount) of these people are crazy stalkers or rapists who just want to meet you to do what they do. Keep these things in mind. All in all, I don't recommend online relationships, they are risky and just not worth it or real enough. Best of luck!

I think love over the internet can be real, but I also think you have to be very, very careful. It's so much easier to lie and withhold information from someone over the internet, when you can't see a person right in front of you.

honestly i dont understand how people can say that they love someone they have never really seen. over the internet, you love what the person is portryaing themselves to be. ummm, yes it can be for the shy and introverted but those can easily find a real person for themselves. i think internet love is 95? delusional!!!

Sometimes weirdos actually do have long relationships online for a long time before they meet. I guess if you have a webcam and you can voicechat, you'll get the most out of the experience and you'll know you're not in a relationship with SASQUATCH

i say if you find you "love" someone from the internet, you better make sure you really KNOW the person before you make a SERIOUS committment.

yes, i think it's possible to really find someone who is compatible w/ you.... but if you only know them through
email, IM, texting, phone etc... you're basing the foundation of your relationship on THAT (that's scary!)

so YES, you can find what you THINK is love... but it's a HUGE risk.....be careful!

i say each to their own. some people may think that falling in love with someone over the internet is stupid and others think there's nothing wrong with it. it's up to them what they do. we have no right to tell people that what they believe is delusion. let them see for themselves and make their own choices.

good question
you can't deny your feelings
your feelings are real
as are your opinions
the internet is changing our society
but a real human relationship requires physical intimacy
