Silence. Mastery of the tongue. Only give to those who seek, after trials. Otherwise they might become self-terrorized.

I have reflected on this question many times over the years.
And the answer for me keeps repeating itself.
"Seek Wisdom", "Seek Wisdom", "Seek Wisdom".......
An enlightened teacher, always learns from their students.
A Fully Realized Human Being answers any question through
"Compassion", being most careful not to damage the heart of the one asking the question.
And I like the term that you used, "Develop Spiritually", it is soothing to hear this term used in a question.
The answers are within man, all one has to do is be diligent in the search.
"If a person is ask what work there is do, light the candle in their hand.".........Rumi.
"Good Hunting"

Ones duty is to set an example by how they live their life. If another ask questions, one should certainly answer them to the best of their ability. In my opinion, we will never have the true answers to existence, only what we perceive and find comforting. Faith is a very personal issue.

I wouldnt share anything of my spiritual journey with those who are not ready for it or do not want it. I have learnt to answer all questions as honestly as I can if they are asked, but not to 'preach' or try to alter the views or beliefs of others. I have family members who are just completely closed off to the concept of spirituality & I have to respect them for what they believe. It doesnt make me think or feel any less for them. I wish them well on their journey with an open heart.

Can anyone know the true answers to existence? Different people have different truths. Still, if you wish to share, just find a situation where people are willing to listen to your truths. Message boards about religion, perhaps.

Spiritually intelligent people, like Jesus and I, share and direct others to accomplish this (God's Will):
Create a Private, Personal, Direct, Divine Relationship with Our Creator and save Your Soul from religion's and atheist's beliefs.
<<<<<<< Love is the answer >>>>>>>
Love and Believe in Our Creator;
Love and Believe in Yourself.
Only with Our Creator's Love and Peace will we be Truly Free!
Without God, there is No Love; Without religion, there are No Wars!
"religion is Spiritual fraud";
"religion is the Worse invention of humanity";
"Universal Truth has eliminated religion from Spirituality",
quotes of Jesus Christ, Buddha and any one else with Spiritual intelligence.
atheists = all the people in religion = all the ignorant fundamentalists = all the cults/superstitions = paganism = wicca = xians.

We have a duty not to not try and make them believe. If they are not ready then we should leave them alone. They will not believe those things we know as truths. So those truths are not theirs.

I say none at all. Not that we shouldn't be ready to share but if nobody asks, we're just being a proselyte.

Talk to people of other faiths and come up with a good rationalization why your divinely revealed truths about existence are true and their differing divinely revealed truths are wrong. Try to convert them to your truths if possible. If not, persecute them and launch an inquisition.
