Where's my files/favourites and e-mail server gone?

Have just updated the microsoft internet explorer to the new 7.0 version as recommended and can't find the above well used items

The Favorites folder is in c:/documents & settings/ user name/
usually a yellow star icon.
Open IE click file Import/ and Export /
Import Favorites
Next
Import from a file or address browse
select above location.
All your Favorite sites will again appear in IE.
Para two : To appear in Explorer//startmenu
start click an empty space near Task bar.
Properties
start Menu
customise
advanced
Start Menu Items
check Favorites menu OK
Para three : My files or My Documents will appear seperately
Start / My computer.
see the list.
If not See under C:/

Right click on an open area in the browser and choose the tool bars that you want.
