try rolling everything up instead of folding it. it gets less creased that way and you can get a lot more in. also if you are taking a coat or jacket, wear it. you can always take it off if it gets too hot. wearing it means it doesn't take up loads of room in your case. have a fun trip

Plan to take separates that are easy to mix and match: T-shirts/blouses, pants./shorts, since it's an "adventure" type of activity you'd be engaging in. Roll up your clothes, like someone suggested. Or if you have an access to stores that sell those plastic bags where you pack your clothes in and zip them up and then roll out the air, it would be a great space saver! Target and Walmart stores have these and I use them for my travels. I am not talking about the ones you have to use a vacuum cleaner to suck up the air but the ones that you zip them up and roll them, to squeeze out the air. Same effect as the other one. Read the directions on the box before you buy, so you will not buy the wrong one. They are sold side by side. Hope this helps.

You're at school, you're going on an adventure weekend, you do not need any more room than this. Forget the straighteners - waste of time & ruin your hair. Try to be practical rather than fashionable, sure you want to look good but climbing/canoeing/aerial slide in a mini skirt is just not a good look. You do not need more than 2 pairs of shoes, for any holiday, ever, you will not wear everything you take! Do not stress about this, life is too short. Wear (and listen to) sunscreen!

If it's that important that you take more than can fit in a suitcase and a bag for only a week, use the storage bags that you can vacuum shut. They are amazing at flattening the clothes out to get more into the suitcase, but when you open them to take out the items, they fluff right back up. I love them.

There are alot of sytems ou there you can purchase that can help reduce space when packing. Plastic bags that the air can either be vacumed or squeezed out of work the best. If you dont want to buy one than just use large ziplock bags.

To be honest if you can't fit everything for a week in one bag, you have over packed. Go back through it and you will find things you really don't have to have. Realize that you can wear things twice and mix and match...and get rid of all of those shoes!

I in basic terms take what i think of i desire and a rubbish sack. As I placed on it, I placed it interior the sack. as quickly as I get homestead, I form it in front of the bathing gadget and after the wash and dry, I fold it or carry it and placed it away. the clarification at the back of the bag--it protects the sparkling from the grimy and the suitcase from procuring sturdy odors which might permeate the sparkling clothing on the subsequent holiday.

Do it at a whisper and you'll fit more in the case than doing it aloud.
