The only cause is that U lack magnesium. Get 450 mg magnesium per day. Contact mineral resources international and ask for CMD. Upon taking it, it will instantly relieve ur spasm. Believe me!!!

Avoid calcium supplements and milk too.

This is the muscle that lifts you up and down. If you have been actively getting up and down you could have overused the muscle.

Place a moist heating pad or hot towels on the spasm for twenty minutes. Do this three times daily. Afterwards apply an analgesic cream. This should start taking these spasms down.

Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day.

Muscular spasms or cramps are due to a deficit of calcium or magnesium in your organism. You should make tests and try to compensate the deficit. You should intervene preferably sooner than later as the absorbtion on calcium and magnesium from medicine is rather low and it takes a lot of time. Go to your doctor. He will recommend what foods and medicine to take if the case. Do not self medicate.
