I work on ambulances... we had a 600Ib patient today and after we were done with the call it was time to go home.

Well when i got in my truck and pressed my clutch in i have this slight pain with the feeling its strained( very weird sensation) in the back of my knee, this feeling cont. everytime i do this action or anything like it, but doesnt seem to bug me when I walk or stand.

Im worried i hurt something and when it comes to you knees and back you always wanna be carefully does anyone have any information they can share bout what they think is going on?

Well it's hard to believe your an EMT and don't have any idea what's wrong but: I would guess it's a cartilage that strained and, hope it didn't tear.
It could also be a watery cyst, I have one behind my left knee that gives me funny feelings, I had one behind the right knee they took out, the size of a walnut.
It could also be the beginning of an arthritis or a bursitis. Either one can be treated with Ibuprofen.

That's must harm... Go to a medical professionals because you do not know how severe that is... If you'll slightly stroll you could have fractured a bone... I'm involved for you! Go to a physician ASAP!
