The potassium in bananas can help with your problem. Potatoes are also loaded with potassium. Start eating these as much as possible.
Soak your feet in hot water with 1c. of dissolved Epsom salts to help with the cramps.
dehydration causes muscle pain, I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.
I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day. Realize that exercise, ambient temperature, and state of health affect the water needs of your body. One tip for athletes: it is healthier to drink a sports drink or water than fruit juice, soda, coffee, or milk during competition or active training periods.

I find that cold packs work very well for certain types of headache. They are filled with gel and are kept in the fridge until needed. They can be placed on the forehead or the back of the neck. Instinct usually tells you where to place it. Massaging the back of the neck on the two soft areas at the base of the skull and either side of the spine can also help. These areas will be very tender when your head hurts so be gentle. Inhaling lavender oil (neat) from the bottle is good also or inhaling the oil after placing one or two drops on a tissue - or you could even place a drop on the collar or neckline of whatever you are wearing. Keep it away from your eyes. Stress causes many headaches so try to relax. If someone else can massage your shoulders for you it will help you to relax. Lying down doesn't always help. Some headaches become worse if we lie down so it's all down to experimenting with what works for you. Pain killers are best left as the final solution when all else fails but your circumstances dictate that sometimes and depending on your timetable for the day - you might have to resort to them. I am a qualified aromatherapist and reflexologist (now retired) and, although I prefer to use gentle methods of treatment for most things I DO sometimes resort to painkillers. We have to use what will get us through the day but I'm glad you are considering things other than drugs.

Just eat some more bananas? Did he go to Upstairs Medical School? lol
Well-- potassium can help with muscle cramps, but there are lots of foods that are have it. Squash is excellent. Also, massage the front of your legs below the knees with some lotion. The tendons that go onto the toes actually attach there. And soak the feet in a tub with some Magnesm sulfate. (epson salts)
