Don't you think it's absurd to think so ? Sure you're joking . Life is meaningful and the role of these creationists is to help uncover the caskets that contain this meaning. One thing we have to know is that all creatures have to meet this disastrous end . Therefore ,calling for indifference will lead to the complete dullness of everything .Just stand for a while and think of the huge universe when it is completely dark , look at the sky . What do you see ? Stars twinkling far away .Haven't you asked yourself how large they are ? Who will tell us , answer our question? When we have known the answer ,at that time we realize that these creationists are those who give this meaning to life .

Actually it is a rewarding and fulfilling life. The word of God(the bible) states over in I Corinthians 15:19 KJV, that if in this life only we have hope in Christ we are of all men most miserable. Christians have hope outside of this life as we know it. The only other alternative is hell and damnation; which would you choose. Also Jesus said that the thief(enemy or the devil) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: but that he (Jesus) came that we might have life, and that we might have it more abundantly. John 10:10 KJV.

I don't get it. Are you pointing out the futility of being an atheist - doesn't matter what kind of life you lead if you just end up in the ground - Or are you busting on believers? In which case it makes no sense.

They don't really believe they are heaven bound, otherwise they would follow the path of lemmings and jump off cliffs knowing God will forgive them for their suicide and let them up in heaven with him.

That is why the poop is adamant against suicide. He is afraid that everyone would try to go to heaven immediately, and that god couldn't handle the rush of traffic.

Somehow their patter about how "I don't fear death, I will be going to a better place, I'm just not ready yet" always rings as hollow as "I can quit my drugs anytime I want, I just don't want to yet."
