what do you like better charcoal bbq or a gas bbq?

well I always had gas before but we bought a charcoal one recently,got to admit it does taste better. Yes she was right but I won't tell her(got an image to uphold EH!)

charcoal BBQ food tastes better - longer to heat (prepare) - mess to clean up after
propane- quicker, no mess, but doesnt taste quite as good

Charcoal. The food taste better as long as you don't use too much lighter fluid.

charcoal tastes much better and a gas grill is just like cooking on a stove except its outside (it takes away the whole point of grilling)

propane is like cooking in the house.

Gas. Your food gets less starter fluid taste, too, which is a good thing.
