Who likes Poke Salad?

My sister fixes it all the time and I remember my Mom going out and picking it this time of year.It was good but I haven't had any in about 50 years.It can really stink up the house when you fix it.My sistes cooks hers out side.

Poke plants grow in my yard but i would never eat them. They are actually toxic. Thus, the necessity to change water when cooking.
