My question is, just by looking at a women how can you tell her age, i'm talking about the diffrence between a 17 year old and 20/30 year old?

if you are an expert, eye contact can tell you a lot
don't go for the looks and lines around the eye. 30 year old women are not showing much signs of again. I personally think a 30 year old girl is just ripe when a 17 is sooo green.

You should definitely be able to tell the difference between a 17 year old and a 30 year old. the 30 year old would have some signs of ageing (we are all different) such as a few lines under her eyes maybe....

I may be wrong but I think 17 year olds travel around in packs (3 or more) and are frequently giggling. However 20-30 year olds are more likely to be traveling alone or with just one other person and they don't giggle as much.

Take a look at their necks and the backs of their hands. You can sometimes tell how old a woman this way because, these areas are typically forgotten. Sometimes they just care for their face. The skin there might be kind of wrinkled, or not as soft looking as the face is.

yes I think you should be able to tell the difference between a 17 year old and 30 year old whether it be man or woman either that get your eyes checked out

You will find it alot easier to gauge a ladies age by talking to her! Looks alone r so deciving especially at the 18-25 group! Have a chat & u will get a better idea within just afew minutes

Most woman you can tell by the wrinkles around their eyes and on their neck, but don't always trust it cause some woman are lucky enough to have more elasticity in their skin and look younger for longer.
I was told that if you have a very dry skin you get older much faster.

It's hard to telll, I'm 37 and have been told I look like a teen...on the other hand, I have a friend who's 39 and she was told recently she looked 44
