Do you know what language this song is in?

The song is known as Numa Numa, or as Mi Ya Hi. I want to know what language it is. And if possible, could I have the lyrics? The version I have is both English and some foriegn language. Thanks!

not sure about Numa Numa....
But Mi Ya Hi in Indonesia can be: Noodles Yes Hello...haha
