Although it doesn't seem that way, tanning can cause bad sun damage. Apply lots of sunscreen to prevent future wrinkes. I've heard tanning salons are bad for you, so try a tanning lotion/bronzer. Also, tanning oil can strengthen rays- so stay away from that. If you apply sunscreen, you won't get wrinkles from sun damage.

I live in Las Vegas and work on my tan every change I get. I also got a new oil that has no sun screen in it and it is working.
Just very oily and in the pool it does not come off, so you need to wash with hot water.
But it is looking very good. I am happy.

As for your wriknles. I am 50 and love the sun. I have very good skin and look about 30.

The sun is not the only thing that can ruin a body. Stress. Lifestyle have a lot to do with that one.

Take care and keep checking notes

Yes, too much sun is bad for your skin. You will get wrinkles at a young age, or worse you may get skin cancer. Wear sunscreen when you plan on being outdoors or try to avoid the sun at peak hours. If you enjoy tanned skin, try sunless tanning lotion. Definitely start taking care of your skin now... before it's too late.

Girl I was born and raised in Tampa.... I know what you're talking about!
If you're already dark(tan), then start using sunblock... anything over 35 SPF.
It will help block the UV rays that cause skin damage.

You're right... you don't want to be all wrinkly at 35.

Use NoAd, Banana Boat sunscreen.
