True very true.

If this is made possible then we would have planted 3.29 billion in one year.

That would certainly help. One of the contributory factors to global warming is deforestation and anything that reverses the trend will have a positive benefit.

You can actually plant a large number of trees for very minimal cost so it needn't be expensive, it can cost as little as $0.10 to plant a tree.

It wouldn't be possible to prevent global warming just by planting trees. Trees can sequester a lot of crabon dioxide from the atmosphere through the process of photosynthesis, a good healthy tree in the Tropics will sequester 3 to 5 tons of CO2 in it's lifetime. There are other gases that contribute to the greenhouse effect including methane and nitrous oxide, whilst smaller in quantity than CO2 they are more harmful per unit volume. Removing all the anthropogenic (manmade) CO2 will certainly go a long way to helping but it won't eliminate the problem altogether.

Why don't you enlist the help of Al Gore and Nancy Pelosi in this waste of time. Neither of them seem to have much to do of any importance.
