im having stomack pains and bloody stoole does this sould like food poisning?

You'll have to see your doctor along with a stool sample, he'll give you a sample carton for that. You could have anything from a parasite to a virus, from an ulcer to something we can only guess about. I'm not going to elaborate here like some and scare you but, get to a doctor asap for your own good.
By the way, a ruptured ulcer, you can die within a few minutes.

it depends on the color of the blood,

and some bacteria can also cause blood diarrhea which can be caused by food poison
