Palestinians dying.... women raped... and still muslims are nick named as TERRORISTS!!! WHY???

The palestinians are dying and fear death in their evevryday of life. What kind of life is that? The 7 year old son loses his mum and cries with her blood on his face.. would anyone care to look after him... NO and what do many ignorant people say or ask WHY ARE MUSLIMS TERRORISTS... its like you let a your guest stay in your house for 2 days and the 3rd day he kicks you out of your own house and demands its his house and when you go in with a knife threatening him to go out he calls you a TERRORIST.. How fair is that... brothers and sisters i dont know why many of the people are still blinded like this.. Women are being raped in prisons thinking they've tried to do suicide bombing ... where on earth did rape come from... The iraqi's are dying... OKAY maybe one or two are idiotic people killing people in the name of ISLAM but how does that include all the muslims.. No one blames christianity for hitler killing 6 million jews.

It all comes down to this : in EVERY race and religion, you will get people who are evil, depraved and fanatical.
I know Muslims who....I cant say what they deserve or Yahoo would delete my answer, like the cleric here in Australia who said that women who dont wear a hajib deserve to be raped and their rapist are innocent of any crime.
I have Muslim friends who are the gentlest and kindest people I have ever met. They have my deepest respect and admiration. I hate that they cop nasty remarks from people for their beliefs.
I know Buddists who are dangerous, racist and downright evil. I know others who are fantastic people.
Christians are the same...there was no excuse for the crusades and other attrocites.
To say that someone who does an evil thing, does so because they are Muslim, Christian or any other religion, is giving them an excuse for their actions. Blaming it on on their religion gives them excuse for not acting human.
Everyone should be judged as a human being, not based on their religion.

Still, as a Christian, on the outside looking in, I can see your points and they are well taken. Sooner or later a Palestinian State must be formed, that is, better then it is now. And the Zionists must understand that all of the land area that they claim simply can not be theirs to take.

Personally, I am afraid that this issue has gone beyond the point where any peace agreement is going to be a lasting one. As with many other major issues in the world, it seems to be a never ending conflict.

Any headline from the last forty years or so could be inserted at point in that forty year period and it would be the same.

Hopefully a lasting peace will someday come to the entire middle east, but that peace will be hard to keep with the extremists on all sides.

The Six Day War was in 1967, you're thinking of the 1948 war. And yes, the popular version is more propaganda than reality. While the Arab governments engaged in the worst sorts of threats and sabre rattling, they actually gave the Palestinians very little by way of financial and military support, and the idea that Arab armies poured into Palestine to drive Israel into the sea is pure unadulterated BS. The Israelis did in fact have have the superior forces in 1948 and the outcome of the war was never really in doubt, it was Israel that captured the lion's share of Palestine, not the Palestinians.

I'm sick and tired of trying to be open-minded to Islam. Every month I read about a new terrorist attack or a plot that was foiled. The fact is, everywhere in the world where you have a 10% muslim population you have terrorism.
Hitler was not a Christian and Christians have not killed in the name of God in hundreds of years. Their has to be a statute of limitations before you throw all religion together and call it evil. Christianity was evil in the middle ages, not after the enlightenment. Right now Islam is an Evil and Wicked religion.
