I don't know the man personally, but I will just take a wild stab in the dark here and tell you that he probably doesn't listen to customer complaints. He would most likely tell you that while he is sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with the cable system, if you could just please phone one of the wonderful and capable techs on staff at a store located nearest to you, they would be most interested in helping you.

I have the same problem with them, we cannot even watch any of the movie channels which we are paying for as now they have put a password on them and our box will not even let you get into the screen to enter it even though they came out and gave us a brand new box.The customer service line is also a joke as you have to hold for about an hour just to speak to someone.
I think the service has gone downhill since virgin took it over and will be changing back to sky as they also appear cheaper.

If someone can give you an answer as of how to contact him i will also be complaining to him

Whats the issue - if its just the loss of TV stations, your complain carries no weight as they are not a contractual obligation.

Good on you!! its a load of old poo since they have taken over! and when u phone up no one understands what u are going on about.
Im sure I need a new box but dont have the courage to tell them. I miss NTL, they were never fantastic but they were better than this.

if you complain enough times they will slash your charges by half the amount at the moment because they are losing customer's hands down....
