Everything I've read said something about chest pain. This was not chest pain. It's pain in the right side almost up under the armpit and and in my upper back. It HURT so bad to just try to breath normally-and trying to take a deep breath made it worse. It feels like my right lung. I was only sitting as a passenger in a car, nothing strenuous.

Last year the doctor gave me an inhaler-she said I was wheezing (news to me). So, when I got home tonight I used the albuterol/inhaler thing-and it's helped the pain subside. This is my 3rd/4th time experiencing this pain, which is so bad I don't even want to breathe. I'm not sure if I should even bother going in to the ER when it happens, but tonight it was so bad I almost went in anyways.

I have other medical issues going on which also have not been diagnosed yet-pain in hip/leg/pelvis, which ONLY gets better when I am not overly active-standing or walking too much(or driving). I have not worked for two years because of it. Any Ideas?

I also get edema-swelling of my ankles, legs, and stomach-when I've driven my car too much, or stood too long etc.( I have been unable to get medical help here in Oregon for the past year and a half and can't afford a doctor.) Believe me-I'd be there already if I could!

It appears the doctor is right because the inhaler Stopped the pain. I think you need to do deep breathing exercises every day to help your lungs and the pain. I've enclosed a link where you can read more about how to do this.

to help stop the inflammation do not use salt, fried foods, canned food, frozen meals, and junk food, as these are all loaded with salt.

take a hot bath every evening with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. This is going to help the pain and inflammation. Also you can make a slant board, just using a board big enough for your body and place one end on a chair or sofa and the other end on the floor. Lay with your legs up in your head down for fifteen to 30 minutes. This is going to help improve the circulation.

Yes, this definitely needs to be evaulated by a dr. And because of how bad this pain is I would definitely recommend going to the ER to have them evaluate this.

I think you need to check ur heart beats and do few tests with the specialist, if nothing is wrong with your heart and preassure than probably its an extra gas, y=try to avoid food that keep gases in your stomach..
