The question should read: What did Jesus mean when he said the kingdom of heaven is inside of you and where can I find that passage or scripture?

Do not make the mistake of looking to others for the answers to your questions. God put The Spirit of truth in all of us for that purpose. Do not sell yourself short, think. How many possible answers to that question can you come up with? When it is the right one trust your instincts to know it is the truth. Many people stop and settle for less than the true answer because they lack the courage and perseverance to see it through. Be smart, don't be a quitter, you can know the truth if you refuse to settle for less.

A lot of this comes from the Gnostic. They were a separate part of Christianity which the "Christian establishment" disagreed. However, one must remember the Bible is basically a grouping of letters about Jesus. Over 80 "books of letters and knowledge" were deemed not worthy of being in the Bible, thanks to Constantine. However, the Gnostic's kept these hidden and may now be read.

Some of these readings - especially the Gospel of Thomas - state the kingdom of heaven is within you. You must find it within yourself. It's not in a building. It's in yourself.

The Roman Catholic church has the writings of St. Thomas and decided they were dangerous writings and have them locked up in a vault.

Hello in Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
In isaiah 14:12-15 we read satan has/had a "i" problem and in isaiah 53 we read Jesus has just the opposite when Jesus saves you "IF" you give Him permission the FIRST thing He saves you from is YOU, from "i" Jesus in Hebrews 13:8, in John 1 is said He is GOD, and He God in Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do [them]. He puts His own mind within you reproduces Himself within so in doing what you would regularly choose to do you will be doing what Jesus would do, find out more free bible lessons www.amazingfacts.org talk to me also wgr88@yahoo.com God bless
