I am suffering from end stage liver disease. Here's how it works; from all the research I've done,I know that
for a man to drink 5 alcoholic drinks per day(5 beers),
puts you at risk of developing liver disease. For a woman, it is less by half. Between ten and twenty percent of people in this category
will get cirrhosis, or ELSD, for which there is no cure.
That leaves up to 80% of the people who are in this group that will get away with it. It's no fun,to have this
because almost all people with it will get
hepatic encephalopathy. This is mad cow disease
except caused by ammonia in the blood instead of
the prion caused by actual mad cow disease. So,
if you're gonna roll that dice, have one for me.And be sure to make it Bud, ice cold.

You are drinking way too much. One a day should be a goal for you.
My grandpa damaged his liver by drinking. He's dying because of it unless he can get a liver transplant. That doesn't look likely, as he's already been waiting 2-3 years. The dr's have said he does not have much longer.
Dont let this happen to you

Sumo Wrestlers pack on the weight with BEER> Gallons of it. They work out almost daily and even tho they are extremely strong-te fat adds to their overall strength. Heavy lifters don't have shape-they have bulk. Shape is for show and very little strength from shape like "ARNOLD" Check out those strong Man's shows. BULKY. The beer is not likely to cause you strength but more likely cause you mental lapses and not following physical routine. Youth has its advanatges-fast recovery. If you are getting wasted you could heade for some serious alcohol realted incidents. From DWI to Attitude and behavior problems. Give it a rest for a month (not one drop of booze) and see if you have developed a "craving" for alcohol or just the party life that comes with it. Many people enjoy a social life without booze. If you need to drink to socialize-I would stop now. It lead to a deep and dark hole-

If you have to ask that, then it's to much. 'Nough said?
Why, pray tell, do you drink that much, drowning your sorrows? trying to forget? maybe you need consoling? have you even thought of seeking help of some kind to see why you think you need all this beer.
There is still alcohol in beer , no matter what you think, your still getting drunk and I don't believe you for a moment that your not. Your only lying to yourself so, maybe you need help?
