i was at the gym about 30 minutes ago and two guys ogt into a fight..things happened and another guy comes out wavin a gun around threatening to shoot the place up, so i shoved my cousin into the aerobics room and told him to lay low...he refused to do so, and panicking, he ran out to the parking lot as most of the people did so too..i ran after him afraid that he mite get hurt..i was scared for myself also, so i followed him to where he hid behind a strangers car..the lady who owned the car happened to be runnin rite to her car nd said that we could sit in there while things died down..so we did so nd the guy who had the gun came out wit his clothes changed nd acted normal..he began to walk to the gas station across the street and now hes still out on the loose..what SHOULD my cousin and i have done even if he didnt open fire?

this IS a serious question..the cops were already being called by many people...so i should have just stood there nd called the cops while he was wavin the gun nd threatening to shoot ? my cellphone was in the lockers..was it right to run out..? should i have just stayed in the other room while he was in the main gym?

you don't understand..have you ever been inside a gym..? thers a section for lockers, a room for basketball, a room fer aerobics, nd the main exercising equipment room..risk my life running to the lockers in the OTHER room to grab my phone? thats very smart isn't it..?
