Well, with all the time it took to tease and seduce you, their shoulders may start to get all cold and nervous, so they put all their clothes back on real quick and then they leave you there all mystified with no explanation! =<)

The why is not really the symptom you want the answer to; rather, why do you let the girls control you in this manner? Think of it this way: if a girl is tempting you, it's a game to see how you will react. At this point, she is controlling you. Ignore that crap.
Seduction is a higher form of manipulation that when effectively employed, can be quite pleasurable - whether it becomes physical or remains psychological. This is more difficult to ignore (e.g., 91/2-Weeks, Basic Instinct) but with a disciplined mind, you can match wits and probably land her.
The cold shoulder emanates from from instant pleasure. Once she got your attention and you responded, her pleasure waned and you experience the cold shoulder. True, it could be rejection due to talk about you. Cold shoulders from girls are a fact of life.
Here's the BEST part: pay attention to this tip. Boys become men; girls become women. Due to the various environmental effects on humans, in our late 20s or so, our minds change due to physiological reasons.
Men become better looking with age; women become less attractive with age.
Men can reproduce pretty much whenever they want to in life; women have a biological clock that keeps ticking and telling them "gotta have a baby". Hence, women will seek out a sperm donor (men) just to have a baby and the "security" of marriage (marriage is not always the case).
So, whatever games the girls are playing with you now, and I know it hurts as all of us guys have been there (even the ones who claim they haven't been there). Just keep smiling about this life-experience fact I shared with you. Ask other guys, in their 30s/40s and see if they generally agree with me. You won't be disappointed.
In the meantime, just enjoy hanging out with your friends (guys/girls); go to parties - improve your social skills; go to events - gain life experience; focus on your education and make time to "play".
Lastly, if you're in your teens, you are just going thru a rough time that ALL teens around the developed world go through; it's called Growing.
Take care, and good luck! Your 20s will be a blast - I guarantee it!

stay cool....she has opened her self up and sometimes we get shy.... give her a week then just send a Hi how are things message.... stay cool and mature. You can be friends if you handle it well. you have shared each other itimately.
Sex is a mature activity and takes time to handle the reality of self expression with another person. Allow her to be the female and just be mature about it and act like it was nothing but at the same time it was important and is something between you and her....only good luck

sometimes the cold shoulder means she really wants you
and so she is testing you to see how you react.
a guy's idea of fun is differen't from a girls idea. the girl may be aiming towards relationship
so be careful try to just keep it as a friendship and don't take it too far
if her cold shoulder bothers you now, try to end this so she won't give you an even colder shoulder later.

Maybe you said something in your message that offended her. Perhaps she thought that the pictures she sent were not quite as intimate or suggestive as you did.

Because at first they like you, then they either find another guy, or their friends told them you're a creep... so they give you the cold shoulder.
Hey! I'm a girl and I don't know half of these things... but this is what I think it is :P Sorry if I'm being no help at all.

Because they CAN! It's the age-old game of running to be chased and chasing to catch...if you don't put all your eggs in one basket and find other things to occupy your time, she'll stop running and turn around to see why you stopped chasing her.
