Does this picture look fake?

I have picture of me on my Yahoo 360 but I get accused of having fake or rip off pictures. Is there anything that "fake" or "unreal" about my pictures? If you are too lazy to go to my 360 here is a picture of me from my page.

yea my point was for you all to look at all my pictures on 360 not just look at the one I linked.

Nah - i wouldn't say there's anything fake about it. If I was you and ppl accused me of it - I'd simply point out that if I was going to use a fake picture - I'd use something much better looking.

No, the pic looks real. I don't understand, how can a pic be fake? Unless they are saying its not you. But then only you know that for sure.

No, it doesn't look fake. Tell them that if you were going to use a fake picture, you would at least pick one that is in focus.

The picture is overexposed so there isn't much detail in the bright spots-- maybe that is what they mean. Or, if you are searching for love, maybe your love interest is just trying to figure out if you are really who you say you are. Or, maybe you are just fishing for compliments!! :)

It doesnt look fake but it's probably the lighting that confuses people.
