In one word...hair! In a group of girls, the girl with the cutest, sexiest and loveliest hair stands out no matter how much the other girls look or act! =<)

Honestly... Of course the physical appearance is the first thing we notice, but once we moved on to seeing the physical attributes, then we really just look for the vibe, 9 out of 10 guys hate a girl who thinks she all that. A subtle smile and a glance really goes a long way on how a guy sees a girl. If a guy looks your way more than once and smiles at you, his more likely diggin you and those kinds of subtle gestures really attractive to a woman, aside from the more obvious approach of course. A women that knows shes hot is 10 times more attractive if shes humble.. bottom line just SMILE!

I suppose is not typical but for me the number one most important thing about a girl is compatibility of morals/values. To put this into context, this would be things like if they respect their body, in terms of physical health, well-being, towards men, etc. I am most attracted to "less experienced" women, because I am quite reserved and honestly have not gotten entirely far with a woman myself. If a girl is a virgin, I really value that a lot, I have not lost that yet either.
I am really turned OFF by: smokers, laziness, selfishness, conceitedness, and women who lie.
I am really turned ON by: athletic physique's, blue/green eyes, wavy brunnette hair, a nice smile, friendliness, selectively conservative style, and women with a passion/s in their life.
Some of the first things I notice is her smile, which a great smile is really hot :-) , their mood (if they look mad or angry its not so attractive), and if they are overweight or not. I hate to say it, but I am not attracted to girls that are out of shape because I really take a strong value in personal fitness and nutrition, I think in life its important to respect one's body and I don't consider that shallow for me to say. It's not so much a matter of "skinny or bigger" than it is "in shape or out of shape". Thus, it's a big factor in who I become attracted to.
Wow... lots of stuff.. sorry for making it so darn long! Hope it gives you some insight from another person though :-) BTW I am 22 and in college.

And I really don't like the girls who talk too much, and especially when they are talking too much about some crap!

To young guys, looks is important---they don't want a girl forever--they just want that dream girl to be seen with them. As a man matures and ages, looks are second rate reasons to date a girl. Personality, dignity, integrity, respect, and intelligence take priority. Of course a girl with all these things will probably take care of herself, show some pride and good grooming---all on her own---that is attractive too. Don't forget that communications and support are important too.Be a girl with her own life, her own direction and confidence----a man should never overshadow a woman.

Well,its undenieble that looks is one of the factorwhich makes us notice u.I prefer girls which are confident,cheerful,polite and kind.I'm easily touched by girl's politeness.Also I dislike girls which talk too much of useless stuff and whom is a busybody.

I look with in the girl, and try and look at the heart of her. I used to just look for the most attractive girl and talk to her, but now..... I am looking in to the heart of the girl.

Age: Is nothing but a number.
White & Black: Is nothing but a color.
You can be fat, skinny, short, or tall. It doesn't matter what you look like on the outside. It's what's on the inside that counts.

guys love girls , who are more confident then the rest in the pack. the one that stands out , the one the other quite girls seem to just follow like dumb sheep. have a strong personality and just be sexy.
