he is my classmate..
recently, my class went overseas for a learning journey, i always see that he is looking at me, when i look back, he turns away..i always blush when he talks to me..
past few days,
h has been talking to me and joking around.. does he like me or not?

Well I think that he likes you by just reading what you put. What you need to do is ask if he wants to be more than friends. Tell him how you feel and let it all unfold.
