What does this mean? I'm pretty sure that they're small transmitters/recievers or 'bugs', but I need to know exactly!

If these things are speakers.. what could they're function be? I'm even more confused now!
I appericate any info you can offer me on this because I'm pretty sure that I'm being spied on. Thank you!

They sound like speakers to me. 8 ohm, .25 watt speakers. Speakers have magnets in them. Or maybe they're the magnets from little speakers, the small cheap kind from inexpensive radios. They don't sound like transmitters to me.
