I like a lot of different foods, but here's my favorite for each meal of the day.

Breakfast - Homemade pancakes w/sausage. OJ & Coffee

Lunch - a good sandwich, made with good quality deli meats & fresh veggies. Served with low-fat chips or homemade potato salad, sliced fruit & sweet tea.

Dinner - This one's a tie - either grilled Rib-eye ( I agree, it is the best cut to grill) or just some good country veggies like pinto beans, cornbread, homemade coleslaw, fried taters 'n onions, silver queen corn on the cob......I could go on forever!!

Bedtime snack - bowl of cereal.......

For Breakfast: Thick creamy scrambled eggs with a few slivers of Oak Smoked Salmon. Fresh white bread, lightly toasted with oodles of melted Yorkshire butter.

For Lunch: A fresh Seafood platter. Succulent King Prawn, Lobster in a Marie Rose Dressing and pan fried Scallops cooked in white wine and garlic. Served with a refreshing cucumber, dill and rocket salad.
For dessert: 3 70% cocoa hand crafted Belgium chocolates and a long Cafe Latte to chat and relax over

For Dinner: A nice piece of crumbly white Stilton, freshly baked still warm bread with melting butter. Half an apple and a few grapes.

Then a long relaxing snooze to get over my indulgent day!

Well for me, I would have to go with:

Breakfast: Fruit and Fruit Dip with fresh orange juice

Lunch: A light wrap and some pasta salad with some iced tea

Supper: A romantic dinner for two with Steak Bolognese, Spicy shrimp with tomato salsa, twice baked potatoes, and a tossed salad with thousand island dressing. Then for dessert, some tuxedoed strawberries to share with my hubby!!!

This question makes me hungry!!! :) Have a Blessed Day!

Soft plain white carbs: thin spaghetti (not al-dente) with butter or olive oil, mashed potatoes with instant gravy, basmati rice, or tamago-gohan, my Japanese mother used to make this for me and now I make it often for my son: cook round rice without salt, then two minutes before it's done (the rice cooker shows the time) I break a raw egg into a bowl, add a generous splosh of kikkoman soy sauce, and beat until smooth. As soon as the rice cooker beeps take a good paddle-ful of steaming hot rice, add to the bowl with the egg-soy, mix thoroughly and eat with a spoon. In fact, eating anything with a spoon makes it more comforting to me.

I'd have to be really hungry to eat all of the following but here goes anyway (as I know I would never really eat it but heh it's nice to dream!) Bon Appetite!

Breakfast: Freshly squeezed orange juice, poached eggs and crispy bacon on whole wheat toast, another slice of whole wheat toast with lots of butter and home made marmalade. A pot of tea.

Lunch: Spaghetti Marinara made with fresh seafood and fresh pasta, lovely green salad, crusty bread with butter. Glass of sparking mineral water.

Dinner: Fillet steak, baked potato with lashings of butter and sour cream, fresh salad with lots of yummy veges and home made salad dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Crusty bread with real butter. A few glasses of merlot to accompany this fine meal.

Dessert: Some gooey rich chocolate mud cake served with a yummy soy latte.

That was great but I'm full! Pass the antacid please and with a burp and a fart, she's off to bed!
