All or nothing statements tend not to be worth much. No religion respects most human rights, whatever human rights means, and yet all are worth slightly more than nothing.

All kind of people exist in all religions, only proportion varies. Incorrect interpretation of religion only creates miseries for its own people.
In todays world Islam needs a spiritual reformer, who could put things on the track.
Hardliners of Islam can only increase miseries of their people.

Maybe, I don't really know if Islam in the purest form violets as many rights as we see it do every day. Look, I'm a non religious person myself but religion or anything in its name shouldn't hurt anyone or it can't be called that

Islam or any religion is not "not worth nothing". You must remember that churches, synagogues, temples, etc. are without sin. It is the people in them that are fallible. We are not perfect like our creator and therefore, some use the background of religion to hide behind their own wrongs.

Like I said, humans don't have rights...they are slaves to god according to the religion.......so human rights can't be violated because they don't exist.
When Bin Laden for example talks about human rights he is talking about the "right" of all people to be ruled over by Islamic law.......people have differant views on human rights.
