I agree with him above. Those are the right places to check. Keep in mind that your car is only worth what someone will pay for it, but those sites will give you a starting point.

Get on the web and go to http://www.kbb.com (that's kelly blue book).
Answer all the Questions and this site will give you the fair value for your area (based on zip code).
